Date Night

Friday night my love surprised me with taking me out on a dinner date.  He didn't tell me where we were going, only for me to wear a dress.  I was excited, but was desperate to know where we were going (the control freak in me).  We went to Middle Eastern restaurant called Alhambra Palace.  I have been there before, but not to eat.  The decor was beautiful, there were belly dancers performing on stage as well as a live band playing traditional Middle Eastern music.  To food was absolutely delicious and I plan on going back real soon.  I enjoyed going to a restaurant that was out of my norm, trying new things broadens your horizons.  The atmosphere at was amazing, even our waitress was great!  If you live in Chicago or come to visit I definitely recommend you come dine here.
